Refund & Return Policy | ফেরত ও রিফান্ড নীতি

1. Return Eligibility | ফেরতের যোগ্যতা

  • Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Only items that are damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered are eligible for return.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.

  • ডেলিভারির ৭ দিনের মধ্যে পণ্য ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।

  • শুধুমাত্র ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ, অথবা ভুল পণ্য ফেরতের জন্য গ্রহণযোগ্য।

  • পণ্যটি ব্যবহার না করে, মূল প্যাকেজিং সহ এবং ট্যাগসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।

2. Non-Returnable Items | ফেরত অযোগ্য পণ্য

  • Opened or used cosmetics

  • Items without original packaging

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • খোলা বা ব্যবহার করা কসমেটিকস পণ্য

  • যেগুলোর মূল প্যাকেজিং নেই

  • ডিসকাউন্টে বিক্রি হওয়া পণ্য

3. Refund Process | রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

  • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via bKash/Nagad to your original payment method.

  • ফেরত পণ্য পাওয়ার ও যাচাইয়ের পর আপনাকে রিফান্ড অনুমোদনের বিষয়ে জানানো হবে।

  • অনুমোদিত হলে, রিফান্ড ৭ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে বিকাশ/নগদে আপনার পেমেন্ট মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে।

4. Exchange Policy | পণ্য পরিবর্তন নীতি

  • If you received a defective or wrong item, we will offer a replacement of the same product (subject to availability).

  • Exchange is not applicable for change of mind.

  • যদি আপনি ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য পেয়ে থাকেন, তবে আমরা সেই পণ্যের বিকল্প পণ্য পাঠাব (যদি মজুদে থাকে)।

  • পছন্দ বদলের কারণে পণ্য পরিবর্তন সম্ভব নয়।
